Royalle Dept is totally committed to your satisfaction. 

Blank Garments: Don’t like the color, fit or fabric? No problem! We offer Free returns of unwashed and undecorated merchandise for any reason up to 14 days from the date of your order. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will send you a FREE pre-paid return label and refund your purchase price up to 14 days from your order date. (Un-washed and undecorated merchandise only) For orders shipping to a location outside of the lower 48 states, there may be a return label fee. 

Simply email us @Royalledept@gmail.com with the reason for your return and we will respond with a return label attached. Once your return is received and processed, we will promptly issue a full credit for the merchandise returned, less your original shipping charges (if any). Please allow up to 10 days once your return is received for your credit to be completed. Please inspect your order prior to decorating, since claims & returns cannot be made on decorated merchandise.

Custom Garments: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all printed and embroidered garments. We will gladly accept your return if there are defects in the printing or embroidery, or with the garments themselves. We do not accept returns for garment sizes or colors that do not meet your expectations. Every brand and style can have different size dimensions, and colors often look different on your computer/phone screen then in person. Therefore we always suggest ordering blank samples so you can determine the right sizes & colors for your order. Our Return policy applies to samples and makes this easy!

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order. All claims must be made in writing, via email.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER DATE. Please contact us if you have any further questions!
